About the Venue
The Dan Panorama Tel Aviv is the Conference venue. The hotel is situated across the road from the Mediterranean and is within walking distance of many of the city's attractions and sea front bars and restaurants. It is just a walk down the promenade to the ancient port city of Jaffa, where you can wander around the artists’ quarters, narrow alleys and flea market. A walk in the opposite direction will take you into Tel Aviv, where you can stroll through the Carmel market or the quaint Neve Tsedek neighborhood.

The hotel offers many facilities, including a fitness center and spa.

The official language of the conference is English.

Passports and Visas

Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until the end of January 2025.

Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Letter of Invitation
​
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the conference.
It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.

Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (airport code: TLV).

Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are recommended. Please purchase this from your local travel agent. Kindly note the organizers and other sponsors cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
